Return & Exchange Policy
As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if you receive a wrong product or if the product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue and re-fulfilling your order.We will offer replacement in such case.
How to Report an Issue
If you encounter any problems with your order, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. You can email us at trishamangalofficial@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Date of transaction
- Delivery address
- Image of the product in question
Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product remains unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition until the issue is resolved.
Additional Information
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it or process a refund if the payment has already been processed. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled.
- If there is an error in the size, color, or quantity of your order, please email us immediately. We will do our best to amend your order if it has not yet been processed. Amendments can only be made for products of the same or higher value.
